Returns Policy

Returns can be made in-store for a refund or exchange, assuming the item has been returned unused and in saleable condition.

If customers are not able to return goods to the store, they should email us to advise of the return; Items should be posted back at the customer's expense, although postage will be refunded in the case of anything faulty.
